About Her
Hi, I’m Esther! My friends and family would say I’m daft, fun, friendly, caring and understanding person.
I have various health challenges including Cerebral Palsy (right side hemiplegia), ME (which makes me very tired) and Epilepsy along with other things but it’s complicated to explain on here!
I enjoy a variety of things including travelling around the UK and abroad with family and friends, I also like walking in my local area close to my home, swimming, going to the theatre and cinema.
Despite being 31, I am a huge fan of the the long running UK children’s show, The Sooty Show. I often go to the theatre shows and have been an extra in some of the episodes. I’ve become great friends with some of the cast and crew too.
I also write a weekly blog about various things that I do, which I enjoy writing.
Another activity I enjoy is making stop motion animation videos with ‘The Bearst Friends Furever Show’ which I’ve created.
Each week with my mum and stepdad, I attend my local Evangelical church. I’ve been going since I was about six and attended Sunday School there. At around the age of sixteen I became a Christian and here is where I also do my volunteer work at the mums and toddlers group there. Again this is something I really enjoy as I can’t have full time employment at the moment due to my ME being unreliable.
My lifestyle is rather simple. Some may say old fashioned, but I don’t spend a lot of time on smartphones or computers. Instead I’d rather spend time with people watching the television or playing with game on an evening.
