About Her
I am a down to earth and easy going person. I am kind and caring, who values friendship. I enjoy going for long walks, baking, running and cycling. I enjoy watching theatre shows and going for afternoon tea. I enjoy hanging out with friends and family over food and coffee. I especially like Korean and Vietnamese food!
I work in a primary school. I currently teach English and Maths to small groups of children. The children range from 7-11 year olds. I have a passion in the area of speech and language therapy. I have worked as a speech and language therapy assistant in both schools and hospitals supporting children and adults on the stroke and neuro-rehabilitation ward. Both settings have been both enriching and insightful experiences.
I enjoy travelling to different places. I have visited Paris, Barcelona, Malta, Hong Kong, Macau, Florence, Venice and Canada. I have been to Thailand and China for short term mission; an awesome experience to see God working in the world. I am looking forward to my holidays to Nice and Croatia this year. I would like to visit more of UK and Europe. I would love to visit Australia someday.
I am a committed Christian and faith is at the centre of what I do. In the past I have served in different ministries for example leading bible study at a uni fellowship, leading a girls group for teenagers, serving in youth camps and coordinating the children's ministry. I currently serve in the youth group.
