About Her
I would say I am a kind, gentle and compassionate person who is fun loving, carefree and easy going. I enjoy being around people with a good sense of humour and who can make me laugh, and I'm looking for somebody similar who has the same love for Jesus and shares the same values.
I've been brought up as a vegetarian since birth, and in the last 2-3 years I have also slowly transitioned to being vegan which I absolutely love. Being vegan has completely changed my life and the way that I see the world. I think it is so rewarding knowing that the choices I am making on a daily basis and the food I choose to buy and eat is no longer contributing to unthinkable suffering, and each day I am taking one step closer towards a better world. It would be brilliant if you are more or less on the same wavelength and are a veggie or vegan too, but don't worry as it's okay if you're not. :)
Although I'm still recovering from being unwell, when I'm up to it I really love cooking & baking and coming up with tasty meals and treats for the blog and cookbook I'm writing, to show how easy and delicious vegan food can be. I'm always trying new recipes so if you'd like to be another taste tester I'd gladly take up the offer! To relax I like to sing and write songs on my guitar, I play a tiny bit of piano but at the moment I'm nowhere near as good as I'd like to be. In the last year or so I've been singing on the worship team at my local church most Sunday mornings which I really enjoy doing, and hope to do more of as it makes me so happy.
